What horror movie is being released in summer 08 about three killers with masks? thanks!?

Are these masks in the link i provide good enough to be in a horror movie i was thinking of making?
I found this website by pure luck and i think there products are good enough to be movie quality, but i would like other opinions before i by some masks for this movie i'm making.

Well, it depends on what kind of movie. Obviously it will be a low budge movie and I do believe those would work.
Paying for a makeup artist to actually do it would cost way to much money.
i think The Clown, Bones, Shredd, and Nefarious are the best ones. i dont know what ur movie is gonna be about or what the quality is going to be tho. and all those contacts look really cool. i think the most disturbing looking one is Jaws tho because it doesnt even look like an eye. its really freaky

Well, it depends on what kind of movie. Obviously it will be a low budge movie and I do believe those would work.

i watched this movie when school let out, it was ok. some parts were terrifying.
After returning from a wedding reception, a couple staying in an isolated vacation house receive a knock on the door in the mid-hours of the night. What ensues is a violent invasion by three strangers, their faces hidden behind masks. The couple find themselves in a violent struggle, in which they go beyond what either of them thought capable in order to survive.

I saw this movie rather a long time ago, so I think it is either from the late seventies or early 80's. The latter, people will believe there's a need for a sequel to your movie...Which there should be if it's starring Michael Jackson, he frightens me more than Jason, Freddy and the Headless Horseman combined.

If you want to make spoof/a comedy...Use the second mask( Michael Jackson mask).But if you want to make a slasher movie like Friday the 13th and Halloween, than I would vote for the witch with green hat,the first mask.

In horror movies, wouldnt you rather get to know the murderer as a person rather than some guy behind a mask?
Dont you think getting to know someone is infinitely more pleasing than to meet some guy behind a hockey mask, or in a puppet suit, or whatever?There is always the moment when the killer is unmasked and spews out his bitterness and hate and vindictive triumph over his would-be victims. This is unsatisfying, no? How about just once, at the crucial moment, the killer gets squished under something, and we never do find out who he was?In horror movies, wouldnt you rather get to know the murderer as a person rather than some guy behind a mask?
if we found out who he is, we would find out that he is just like us. and no one wants to go to a movie that criticises THEM. like a movie that tell YOU that you are a horrible person and the only reason you hadn't killed anyone yet is ... circumstances?
say a man goes to germany for a vacation in 1910 and makes a beer-drinking budy (german beer is good!), but both their sons in 1940 would be killing each other because it is WW2.
all circumstances. i tried to write stories liek that but no one liked my ';negativity';
people are more comfortable thinking that THEY are smart, good, etc. they don't want to see themselves as the murderers, even tho they are both murder adn victim and gawking-bystander at once.
the people cutting me off in traffic are murderers -- who just hadn't killed anyone with their car yet. drunk druvers are murdererers -- who hadn't hit their victim with their car yet.
the murder without his mask is YOU. but you won't pay money for a movie that criticizes you for 2 hours.In horror movies, wouldnt you rather get to know the murderer as a person rather than some guy behind a mask?
I think in some cases it is better not to know who the killer is. It adds to the mystery and horror of it all. People are naturally afraid of what they cant see or know, and to not know who is killing someone adds to the horror and suspense.
If the killer dies at the end, though, then the audience would probably be over the fear because the danger is gone, and then they would be curious who the killer was. Then I think it is okay to reveal the bad guys identity.
I think it's creepier when the killer has no motive or anything and is just murdering for the hell of it. It is kind of corny sometimes when the killer reveals him/herself and explains their plans and why they did everything. Urban Legend is what comes to mind. Not to mention that most of the time when they give that speech it gives an opportunity for someone to sneak in from behind and attack them. Too cliche and boring.

but the movie P2(2007) was kinda different. the killer was not an beast animal person or a guy behind a mask. and this was one of the positive points of the movie. i hope directors pay attention to this fact.
either way, as long as the film is made by a good directer with a good cast then i'm happy regardless. i love horror films.skin conditions

I saw this movie when I was 7 years old and the story starts with this woman who finds herself trapped in a masked ball with these people who are trying to find this golden egg as part of the entertainment in the ball who are killed one by one by the killer and then in the end, the woman kills the killer and survives.What's the title of that old horror movie with an egg hunt,a masked ball and a killer?

Has anyone seen the HORROR movie BEHIND THE MASK?
i just hired it and havent seen it yet, just want to know what anyone thinks of it, i dont think it was in the cinemas, so i hope its not some boring cheap production, lol

I think you're referring to BEHIND THE MASK: THE RISE OF LESLIE VERNON.
If so, it's an OK movie -- really not that great, though. It's similar to another indie horror movie that came out a few years ago called THE LAST HORROR MOVIE, inasmuch as they're both mockumentaries about serial killers who like to talk about themselves and why and how they kill.
Unfortunately, there's way more talk than action in BEHIND THE MASK. Talk, talk, talk, talk, talk. Leslie Vernon yammers away about himself so much, I was half expecting to find out that his character had his own blog.
Anyway, when the action finally does kick in, you already know what's going to happen because Leslie Vernon has already plotted out the whole thing for you. Not that what he does is anything other than a formulaic slasher movie kill pattern involving a half dozen drug-taking, sex-having teenagers spending the night in Vernon's ramshackle ancestral home (which they assume is abandoned).
The poorly executed twist at the end of the movie can be seen coming a mile off, so even that fails to deliver the goods.
Oh, and by the way... Robert Englund is in the movie for all of 5 minutes (if that). He plays an underdeveloped Dr. Loomis type character who's tracking Leslie Vernon.
You already rented it, so go ahead and watch it. I just wouldn't expect too much.

The poorly executed twist at the end of the movie can be seen coming a mile off, so even that fails to deliver the goods.
Oh, and by the way... Robert Englund is in the movie for all of 5 minutes (if that). He plays an underdeveloped Dr. Loomis type character who's tracking Leslie Vernon.
You already rented it, so go ahead and watch it. I just wouldn't expect too much.

He should wear black dressed down. The mask should obviously be a balaclava. Black Leather gloves, Black chiffon shirt, Black trousers and Black shoes and a crappy leather jacket. I think so. I mean, the guy only had like a minute to cut open his eye to find a key. I just bought contacts for my very first time and have a hard time having to touch my eyeball to put them in. No, I believe what you are talking about is at the beginning. The key was embedded in the guys eye socket. He had to cut his eye and lose vision in that eye to get the key to escape. I had a SAW marathon recently, watching all of them in one night. It wasn't too bad that night since we stayed up all night.. and i was with friends. But every night when I go to sleep I can't help seeing the clown guy from SAW saying ';Hello... to survive this game.. bla bla bla'; I just cant sleep at night anymore! I didn't actually see it when it first came out in theaters or anything, but for years I really didn't know why he wore the mask/outfit, what the point was. I personally didn't look it up and just thought it was odd for many years until the first 3 episodes came out, but I just wondered if anyone actually knew why he wore it at the time they orignally came out. Or if everyone just thought like me and just thought it was their way of making him different and that was what was so cool about him, was the outfit.

Lucas also put Vadar in the suit to symbolize the identity of Vadar/Anakin. There was still good In Lord Vadar, the part of Anakin that wasn't twisted by the sith, but it was hidden and covered by evil and darkness (Suit is black and covering him.)
when i was younger i always just thought he had a jacked up face, and to be scary he wore all black and a mask/helmet, then i learned why, and it was because he had a jacked up face, to be really advanced in technology where they can give you robot arms and everything, couldn't they have found something better than a huge helmet like that?

I have searched and searched for you but can find no reference to metal masks.
The closest I can come up with is the Native American Spirit Masks.
Hanging home made faces or items around the house to ward off bad spirits is a very common practice in many cultures. The Natives have their Spirit Masks, Pennsylvanian Dutch have their painted Hex designs, carved wooden masks are popular in Bali it seems and the europeans can have Witch Balls (old glass fishing floats filled with all manner of things)
I would suggest that the house you saw had some people of whichever culture that liked these things and they made them themselves.
It's a lovely practice (I myself have Witch Balls hung in various places around my house and garden) and works much better if you make the things yourself.
The thinking behind the masks is that the evil spirits will be afraid of the face (which is why so many of these masks are quite frightening looking)
The thinking behind the Hex signs and the witch balls is that the item does the protecting due to the design (hex signs) or contents and intent of the maker of the witch balls.

Rey's mask currently has a cross in the center of the forehead, but back in WCW and ECW it had a crown in the center of the forehead, therefore it's technically a different mask
I think WWE in general wanted Rey to dawn the mask because more people would recognize him with it. The mask is part of his identity. He also got a slightly different name after his uncle allowed him to drop the Junior and carry on the Rey Mysterio name.

Rey's mask currently has a cross in the center of the forehead, but back in WCW and ECW it had a crown in the center of the forehead, therefore it's technically a different mask
I think WWE in general wanted Rey to dawn the mask because more people would recognize him with it. The mask is part of his identity. He also got a slightly different name after his uncle allowed him to drop the Junior and carry on the Rey Mysterio name.

All of the Star Wars movies had some powerful lasting images, but that is one of the greatest. Especially with the ';first three'; movies being added, the story is really about Anakin Skywalker's rise, fall, and redemption.

Wow, what a powerful movie. Very touching and moving. This movie was just so emotion. Hell Cher did such a good job that you forgot it was Cher and you see her as Dusty, A drug addicted mother and lost soul. Eric Stoelz (spelling?) did an amazing job as Rocky Dennis a boy with a rare skull condition. So i was just wondering how much of the movie is true. What would you do if you saw a masked person wearing normal clothes walking through the mall?
Like what kinda of mask? A Black ski mask? Then hello 9-1-1. If they are wearing a red eye mask like a super hero, well then I think I would contact security since someone obviously escaped the coo-coo bin. Is it Halloween and a bunch of kids are running around with masks...well, then, nothing.

It's not the ';miracle'; for collagen loss, just makes the cream thicker.

It's on piazza Montegrappa, on the lungotevere.
That ';sculpture'; has been placed there just to reskill that little square and the near district, because of the Finmeccanica new head office just in front of that piazza.

I've seen photos of them before they started the weird mask thing. Back when they won Battle of the Bands in Iowa. They looked totally normal, but it was their thing to start the masks. I can't believe a band from Iowa made it so big. It's just their schtick.

You should have your eye sockets in place. Make a slightly curved, tapering rectangular piece for the jaw and mouth. Attach it to the nose and cheek bones.

It was amazing and the promo he cut brought back awesome memories of how dominant he was as masked Kane. He has done some amazing work for WWE and is grossly underappreciated for it. I hope that the remasking leads to an awesome storyline which would lead to an eventual decent WWE or WHC title run. He deserves it. I think so. I mean, the guy only had like a minute to cut open his eye to find a key. I just bought contacts for my very first time and have a hard time having to touch my eyeball to put them in.
