Why was the man afraid to go to his house when he saw the man in the mask?

i need this answer now pleaseWhy was the man afraid to go to his house when he saw the man in the mask?
It's not that he's afraid to go to his house, it's that he's afraid to go home. The difference is important because they're referring to baseball - he doesn't want to go home (home plate) because the man in the mask (catcher) is there (presumably with the ball to tag him out). Why was the man afraid to go to his house when he saw the man in the mask?
The man was a baddie and the man in the mask was the lone ranger hiding in the house.
He was afraid, because the man in the mask was the tax man, and he never had his gun ready so he had to phone is mother to give him a lend of her shotgun. And he has already waited 2 hour for her to come
he was afraid he would moleste him :)

i dont know!!!

stp pressuring me!!!!
If this is the riddle that I have heard before it should say why was he afraid to go home... then the answer is because they are playing baseball and he does not want to be tagged out.
He was aware that Zorro was the gay blade.
cus it was a golie mask (serial killer)?
