Lucid Dreaming Mask worth it?

I have been searching YouTube about Lucid Dreaming and I've found a video about this Mask called Lucid Dreaming REM Mask and apparently it will allow you to let you know if you are dreaming and I am just wondering if anyone has heard of such a mask and I am wondering if it actually works for those who have bought it and tried it.





I am just wondering if this mask actually works for any one who has tried it and wondering if its worth getting and 200-300 bucks must be worth it if it was actually on the news.

Those lucid dreaming masks help some, but not everyone. I've talked to people who have both had success and those who got nothing from it. Even though using a lucid dreaming mask is considered a ';shortcut'; to having lucid dreams, you still have to do some work yourself by training yourself to recognize the cues the mask gives when you are dreaming, and you will probably have to go through some trial and error with finding the right settings on the mask (too bright light might wake you up, too dim might not show up in your dream, same with sound).





With that said, you might want to try the free ';conventional'; lucid dreaming techniques before you spend all that money on a lucid dreaming mask.Lucid Dreaming Mask worth it?

I am pretty sure that that ';mask'; is not worth $200-$300.


If you want to learn how to lucid dream, buy a book on it for only around $12!
Where do I get one??
