True or false: Doctors are masked assilants, offering no guarranties, no refunds, and no undoes,.?

It's only fair they have to have high insurance costs to protect us from the quacks.True or false: Doctors are masked assilants, offering no guarranties, no refunds, and no undoes,.?
False. Most doctors are skilled professionals. The high cost of medical care today is fueled largely by lawyers filing unjust malpractice suits.

When you do your job or take a test in school, do you always score 100%, or complete your work with error? Probably not. 99% is probably all right, isn't it?

If a doctor scores 99%, then one person out of a hundred might get worse, or die. But how can you expect perfection out of a doctor, who's doing something far more difficult than you are?

Honest mistakes are going to happen. As long as it's not due to negligence or carelessness, it isn't fair to hold the doctor responsible. Yet a single error, and we all make them, some lawyer wants to sue.

I suggest this to you: Next time you're sick, don't bother going to the doctor. Just stay home and suffer.True or false: Doctors are masked assilants, offering no guarranties, no refunds, and no undoes,.?
I grew up thinking doctors knew everything. Then my daughter was born and those ';doctors'; screwed up so bad it is unbelievable that either of us walked out of there alive.

She started having seizures, first so mild we couldnt tell, and then they got progressively worse until one day she rolled over and had a grand mal seizure. She was two and a half.

Her ';doctors'; in our state all said the same thing: This is a malpractice issue and I dont want to get involved.

We struggled for four years before we knew that it was brain damage caused at birth. I was so happy and so angry in the same second - happy because she didnt have a baby disease and angry because the doctors had lied to us all along.

I have tried for many years to get her birth records. They told us to jump in a lake; they refuse to give them. I have hired an attorney; he cant get them either. I filed a complaint with the state. The state said, We will look into it, and then they did nothing.

Finally we got five pages of records - the most critical, and I am sure by accident. That is when we found out that not only did they make one mistake, they made two. And not only two, but five or six, and not only five or six, but when she was born and they knew what they had done, they said NOTHING. They sent us home with a brain damaged baby and they said nothing. When I told them something was wrong with her, they told me I was paranoid. They didnt care.

We moved clear across the country to get her good medical care, good schooling, good therapists, etc. It took six months of research, telephone calls to doctors, hospitals, school districts, principals, therapy clinics, etc.

I am sorry to say that the majority of doctors are average at best. In all the years I have had my daughter in treatment, with the dozens of doctors, specialists, etc., there is only one doctor that I could honestly say I was pleased with and felt that he really knew what he was talking about. ONE. Now THAT is pathetic.
I think you're the quack.
This statement is true.

Humans are unpredictable. Some of the wrongs the doctors have done are so obvious a non medical person like me can clearly see and they should be financially penalized to prevent them from purposefully doing wrong. Justice in America has decided that it is beneficial to protect the doctors using the high cost of health care and health care insurance as a reason for giving doctors freedom to do as they please. Void of punishment. The cost of health care is not high enough if humans are ever given complete trusted freedom over life and death.

Dr. Carolle Martin(heart specialist) All Saints Racine WI diagnosed anxiety treated with Prozak for my husbands Arthritis of the Arteries Disease. Died June 6 2002.

Dr Schmit Sheboygan Medical Clinic when asked for pain meds a month before his death said, '; lets deal with one thing at a time.';
Ha ha. Yea. But when someone yells out ';Hematoma!'; and you are wacked out on drugs, they are the person who gets **** done.
