What do people who deal with dead bodies use under there nose to mask smell? can you buy this product?

I work with elderly and need a product to help me get through some of the odors but I cant spray anything around them, i know people who work in morgs or do autopsys(spelled wrong) use something to help with smell that is rubbed under the nose.
