Where can i find a mask for winter that covers my nose, and mouth?

I need to use one because it gets cold, and i don't need a ski mask i mean something thats like a turtle neck only not a shirt at all. i c pple with them all the time. I was jus wondering can u get them in walmart.Where can i find a mask for winter that covers my nose, and mouth?
